A calmer kind of seaside stay

Room to unpack. Space to breathe. A view to enjoy.

Bring what you need and spread out without feeling crowded—then settle in, breathe out and enjoy the bay. When bedtime comes, drift off to sleep as you listen to the gentle lap of the waves on the seashore.

Space for you, not just our things. Space for you, not just our things. We designed the apartment to be deliberately uncluttered, so couples and families have room to unpack, spread out and make themselves at home.

01

An elevated private balcony—not a pavement-level patio

Enjoy greater privacy above passing pedestrians, with no direct access from the outdoor space to the pavement or road.

02

Space without clutter

An airy two-bedroom apartment where families can settle in comfortably—and everyone can still see the sea.

03

The beach on your doorstep

Sand, sea and the long curve of Sandown Bay are just across the road. Leave the car in its own private parking space.

See it for yourself

Take a look around.

A one-minute tour from the beachfront setting into the apartment and its sea-facing living space.

The tour was filmed before the large Sandown Bay board print was added above the sitting-room sofa.

The Island, your way

Bucket-and-spade bright. Woolly-hat wonderful.

Spring & summer

Family time, with space to breathe

Enjoy long sandy days and a balcony above the daytime bustle, then sit out and enjoy the quieter evenings. Back inside, four people have room to spread out comfortably without clutter.

Autumn & winter

Walks, waves and time together

Coastal paths, quiet beaches, good food and evenings when the shoreline settles and the waves become the soundtrack.

More than a summer island

Days out worth crossing the Solent for.

Our growing, first-hand guide will favour places we genuinely return to—not an endless directory of attractions.

Bus out. Walk back.

Use the Island's buses to begin a coast or country walk—and enjoy lunch without watching the clock.

Open countryside and distant downs on the Isle of Wight
Beyond the seafront

Green lanes and rural views

Quiet countryside, local food and places that feel a world away from the mainland.

Useful before—and during—your stay

A few Island apps worth having.

Three remove the nuisance from parking. Two turn the view from the balcony into a rather good live information screen.

Parking tip: check the name and location code on the car-park sign before paying—the operator varies from place to place. Downloading all three parking apps before crossing the Solent saves time when you arrive.
